Once again Harald Reedtz Tokerød from Oxygen did a great job in presenting the NBI platform from a consultancy perspective and with the help of professional consultants he was digging deeper into the NBI project and its potential benefits both to consultancy partners and to their respective customers.
PhD fellow Lester Lasrado is digging into the subject of maturity models for his PhD for Networked Business Initiative. The perspective of the PhD is to create an academic model to measure a company’s digital maturity. In this post Lester gives a look into his research area and his thoughts so far.
Rasmus Houlind’s new book on how to become a strong omnichannel organisation that builds long-lasting -online and offline-customer relationships has been released. And the NBI-team was at the book reception to celebrate! We will celebrate again after Easter when his model for measuring omnichannel maturity online dashboard is part of the NBI platform.
